Yes! We support number porting. You can transfer your existing phone number from your current carrier to Centelos. The process typically takes 7–14 business days.

When you register a phone number, you provide a physical address for E911 purposes. If someone dials 911 from your VoIP line, emergency services receive your registered address so they can dispatch help to the correct location.

Centelos works with any device that supports the SIP protocol. Popular brands include Polycom, Yealink, Grandstream, Cisco, and Obihai. Softphone apps like Obi200, Linphone, and Obi1032 also work.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, and your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer a free trial at this time. However, there are no contracts — you can cancel anytime.

Centelos is currently available in the United States only. All phone numbers, E911 registration, and calling are US-based.

A native mobile app is coming soon. In the meantime, you can use any SIP-compatible softphone app on your phone, or our built-in web softphone from a mobile browser.

We provide 24/7 support through our AI-powered chat assistant built into the dashboard. If the AI can't resolve your issue, it hands off to a human agent when one is available.

Centelos includes a visual call flow builder with a Digital Receptionist (IVR) that lets you build custom routing logic, auto-attendant menus, and AI agent nodes. Direct third-party API integrations are not available yet.
